Ash collection discontinued

The Ministry of Environment and National Beautification has advised that the Ash Collection Project, which was put in place following the ash fall from La Soufriere Volcano in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, has been discontinued.

As a result, persons are not authorised to collect ash to take to any of the previously designated locations.

The Ministry thanks members of the public for their co-operation and understanding in this matter. (MR/BGIS)
