Cyclist injured in collision on Halton Road, St Philip

A pedal cyclist was injured in a collision in St Philip this morning, police said.

Police said the collision occurred around 7:30 along Halton Road in the parish.

A motor omnibus and the cyclist were both travelling east, with the cyclist ahead, when the collision occurred.

The cyclist complained of pain to his chest and abrasion to both arms. He was taken to the QEH by ambulance.

Investigations are ongoing.
