Wade Tristan Holder, of Upper Dukes Alley, Nelson Street, St Michael, is accused of loitering on John Beckles Drive on October 2, with cause to suspect that he was about to commit theft. He is further alleged to have breached the COVID-19 curfew in place on the island when he left his home between the hours of 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. when he has not a member of an essential service or a person with an emergency, thereby breaching Paragraph 3 Subparagraph (1) of the Emergency Management (COVID-19) (Curfew) (No.17) Directive 2021. Holder appeared before Acting Magistrate Krystal Delaney in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court. However, his cases have now been transferred to the District ‘C’ Magistrates’ Court for hearing next Tuesday. In the meantime, he is on $750 bail which he secured with one surety.
