COVID-19 claims two more lives

Two Barbadian women are the latest COVID-19 casualties.
A 50-year-old passed away this afternoon while in primary isolation at the Harrison’s Point Isolation Facility, and a 73-year-old died this afternoon in the Accident & Emergency Department of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.  Both were unvaccinated.
The number of deaths from the virus is now 106.
Minister of Health and Wellness, Lieutenant Colonel Jeffrey Bostic, has extended condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
