Two women succumb to COVID-19, death toll moves to 122

Barbados recorded two COVID-19 deaths on Tuesday, bringing the number of persons who have died from the viral illness to 122.

A 51-year-old Barbadian woman passed away at the Blackman and Gollop Isolation Facility, while a 71-year-old Barbadian woman died in primary isolation at the Harrison’s Point Isolation Facility.  They both were unvaccinated.

Minister of Health and Wellness  Lieutenant Colonel Jeffrey Bostic has extended condolences to the loved ones of the deceased. (BGIS)
