Woman in viral ‘abuse’ video to appear in court

Police have arrested and charged Shanice Reece with the offence of cruelty to a child.

She is expected to appear at the District A Magistrates Court today.

On Monday, Acting Public Relations Officer, Sargeant Michael Blackman said the woman is assisting detectives with their investigations.
