Popular broadcaster passes away

Veteran broadcaster Dennis Johnson passed away on Tuesday, Starcom Network has disclosed.

A brief statement on the company’s Facebook page said: “The Starcom Network family mourns the passing of friend and colleague Dennis Johnson.

“Mr Johnson, a senior producer and moderator of the Brasstacks call-in programme succumbed to an illness and passed away at his home.

The 64-year-old Grenadian has also worked in other Caribbean countries.
