Man killed in altercation

Police are investigating the death of a man who was involved in an altercation with another man earlier yesterday.

The victim has been identified as Victor Anthony Watson, 40, of Lower Deacons Road, St Michael.

Police public relations officer Acting Inspector Rodney Inniss said the incident occurred at Gooding Road, Station Hill, St Michael around 3:10 p.m.

Both individuals were injured, and one was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by private car while the other was transported by ambulance.

Watson died while undergoing treatment. (BT/BPS)
