Sagicor’s Chillax entertains clients and staff

The holiday spirit is alive and well at Sagicor, and the company is doing its part to spread this joy with its clients during this festive time of the year.

In a recent surprise visit to the Client Experience Centre located at their Collymore Rock, St. Michael office, the Chillax Band, which is made up of Sagicor team members and led by Executive Vice President and General Manager, Paul Inniss, entertained clients and staff with a rendition of popular Christmas selections.

While dancing to the musical treat and capturing the moment on their mobile devices, clients were also treated to surprise gifts from Sagicor’s Customer Experience team, who presented vouchers, Christmas themed great cakes, hams and gift baskets to persons as they waited to transact their business.

Speaking on the band’s impromptu visit, Inniss said “Chillax first came together just over a year ago, with our first official performance ushering in the 2020 holiday season. One year later and we’ve now performed during the company’s two virtual Christmas concerts, but have been looking for other opportunities to showcase the talent that exists within the company.”

“The decision to entertain clients and team members at our office and specifically the Client Experience Centre was therefore an easy one, as it allowed us to showcase this talent, while spreading joy and happiness at a time when it is really needed”, he said. (PR)
