Brandon Deshawn Agard, of 28 Kensington Lodge, Passage Road, St Michael appeared before the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday accused of having a glock pistol and nine rounds of ammunition in his possession on January 9. The 25-year-old, who was represented by attorney-at-law Destinie Haynes could not plead to the indictable charges before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes. The accused will make his next court appearance on February 8.
