Court Local News Moore for April sentencing Barbados Today22/02/2022066 views BT Court A St Michael man has been remanded to Dodds pending sentencing in a criminal matter. Sumunguru Mugo Mansa Kan-Kan Moore, of Belleview Gap, Station Hill, St Michael will now return before Justice Carlisle Greaves on April 14 when he is expected to know his fate. Moore pleaded guilty before the No. 3 Supreme Court on Monday to unlawfully causing serious bodily harm to Shawn Grosvenor on April 8, 2011 in St Michael. He however pleaded not guilty to the charge of damaging – without lawful authority on the same date – 28 brassiere sets, eight brassieres, 45 pants, 44 shirts, two ladies tops, 10 dresses, 91 panties, nine jackets and one belt belonging to Nulook Boutique intending to damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be damaged. The cases are being prosecuted by Acting Senior Crown Counsel Rudolph Burnett.
