I had an operation done at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital last year and would like to compliment the doctors and staff at the facility for the excellent care which I received.

The nurses were courteous and professional, the doctors were always willing to answer my questions and keep me apprised of all the issues with my surgery.

I also want to thank Mrs Bynoe-Sutherland for her helpfulness and reassurances during my stay. She is a treasure.

I had intended to do this since last year but lapsed on it. If people can find the time to criticise, we should be able to make the time to praise.
