When the 32-year-old man, who is said to have no fixed place of abode, appeared before the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on Monday, Sergeant Shane Chase disclosed that the previous charge had been withdrawn and Brathwaite was now charged with a capital offence. Brathwaite is now accused of murdering Ricardo Wood on December 15, 2021.
