Reid on bond for theft

A 54-year-old man has been placed on a bond to keep the peace and be of good behaviour for the next three months.

If Richmond Livingstone Reid, of Mansion Road, Bank Hall, St Michael, breaches the bond imposed by Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes, he will either have to pay a $750 forthwith fine or spend 60 days at Dodds prison.

The sentence was imposed after Reid pleaded guilty, in the No. 1 District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court, to stealing a pair of glasses worth $1 250 belonging to Paul Holder on May 17.
