St Philip man to appear in court accused of indecent assault of a minor

A 54-year-old St Philip man will appear in court today on a serious charge.

Samuel Adolfus Garnes of Merricks has been charged with indecent assault of a minor. The incident reportedly occurred on October 2.

He is scheduled to appear at the District ‘D’ Magistrates’ Court before Magistrate Debra Beckles.
