St Boniface Nursery School closed

President of the Barbados Union of Teachers Rudy Lovell has revealed that St Boniface Nursery school has been closed just before noon due to mold infestation.
Parents were asked to collect their children after teachers complained of a pungent odour, with one teacher seeking medical attention, Lovell told Barbados TODAY.
The BUT president said he was in discussions with officials at the Ministry of Education today about the matter and around 11:40 a.m., he received confirmation that classes were called off.
Officials from the ministry and a mold treatment specialist are at the Sion Hill, St James school carrying out investigations.
More details as they come. (sheriabrathwaite@barbadostoday.bb)
