Another man charged in Legall killing

A 35-year-old man said to have no fixed place of abode has been remanded to Dodds Prison in connection with the murder of a 72-year-old man last November.

Ian Alleyne Farrell appeared before the District ‘D’ Magistrates’ Court on Monday where he was not required to plead to the indictable charge of murdering Simeon Legall between November 8 and 10, 2022.

Legall was found dead at his Spring Farm, St Thomas residence on November 10.

Farrell is scheduled to make his next appearance before Magistrate Deborah Beckles on February 14.

In late November last year, Roman Anthony Drayton, 27 years, of School Lane, Halls Road, St Michael was also charged with Legall’s murder and remanded to prison.
