Online classes for Blackman & Gollop Primary and Thelma Berry Nursery Schools

The Ministry of Education, Technological and Vocational Training is informing staff, parents and guardians of the Blackman & Gollop Primary and the Thelma Berry Nursery Schools that classes for these two schools will be conducted online for the next two days, Tuesday, February 21, and Wednesday, February 22, 2023.

The Ministry of Education is aware that the cow itch plant is causing discomfort at several of our schools. The Ministry of Education is working with several entities to have the affected areas cleared and foliage removed.
The Ministry regrets any inconvenience caused and thanks all concerned for their patience and understanding.

Please also be informed that the Ministry was aware and acted swiftly on a reported electrical problem at the St Giles Primary School. The problem has been addressed and school will continue as scheduled tomorrow, Tuesday, February 21, 2023.

Please also be aware of arrangements for students of the Alexandra School for the next two days:
Tuesday, February 21- only students from 4th – 6th form are to report to school.
Wednesday, February 22- only students from 1st -3rd form are to report to school.
