BMS issues flash-flood watch

Barbadians can expect more rain this afternoon.

The Barbados Meteorological Services has issued a flash-flood watch as the tail-end of a tropical wave affects the island.

The forecasters say the wave is expected to bring rainfall accumulations of 25mm in moderate to heavy showers.

This alert message is valid from 2 p,m., and will be terminated at 6 p.m. or sooner if conditions warrant.
