Officers at the Hastings/Worthing Police Station said they received a report from a caller around 2:30 that a man had been shot and killed in the area of the Dover Kiosks, near the beach at Dover. A medical doctor pronounced death at the scene. Police are appealing to the public to help identify the victim. They are asking anyone who may be able to do so to contact personnel at the Hastings/Worthing Police Station.
