He had been charged with committing two counts of incest with his daughter, then under the age of 14, between 2005 and 2011. The man was represented by attorneys Alwan Babb and Veronica Macfarlane while Principal State Counsel Olivia Davis had prosecuted on behalf of the state. Justice Randall Worrell presided over the matter.
