Update: Flash-flood warning extended

 

The Barbados Meteorological Services (BMS) has extended the flash-flood warning until 6 a.m. on Friday.

The forecasters have advised that unstable conditions will continue to affect the island tonight.

The BMS said,  “Occasional moderate to heavy showers are expected with accumulations of 1 to 3 inches (25 to 75 mm) with isolated higher amounts. Therefore, the Flash-Flood Warning has been extended until 6 a.m. tomorrow 27th October 2023.”
