BWA making urgent connections in White Park Road, St Michael

The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) says it will be making urgent connections along a section of the White Park Road, St Michael, on Sunday, December 10 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

These connections, water and sewage, are to facilitate ongoing work being conducted in the area by the National Housing Corporation (NHC) and other utilities, the BWA said in a news release.

As a result, White Park Road will be closed to through traffic between the traffic lights at Passage Road and Gills Road and residents and businesses along this stretch may suffer low pressure or a water outage during these hours.

Residents are asked to store an adequate supply of water to assist during this time.

Customers with queries are reminded that they can contact the Authority at 434-4292 between 8:30 a.m. and 12 midnight. Updates can also be viewed on the Authority’s website and social media pages.

The BWA apologises for any inconvenience these urgent connections in White Park Road, St Michael, on Sunday, December 10 may cause.
