The Constitutional Reform Commission (CRC) has advised that its public lecture, scheduled for this Wednesday, December 13, at The University of the West Indies, has been postponed to early 2024.

This postponement is a result of presenter Richard Albert sustaining an injury and being unable to travel.

Albert is the William Stamps Farish Professor in Law, Professor of Government, and Director of Constitutional Studies at the University of Texas at Austin, USA. He was to deliver a lecture on the topic, The Grenade, the Hour Glass and the Sundial: The Lifetime of Constitutions during a three-day visit to Barbados.
