Police: Several ‘ruthless individuals’ wanted in connection with serious criminal activity

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) is appealing to the public for information which may assist in identifying a group of “ruthless individuals involved in serious criminal activity”.

Police shared a video Sunday morning, which appears to show individuals pointing guns and people as they ran from an establishment.

In a news release TBPS said several people are wanted for questioning in connection with criminal matters.

TBPS said if members of the public can identify these persons, their information will be helpful to police. Please contact the Criminal Investigation Department (South) at 418-2610, Oistins Police Station at 418-2612, Crime Stoppers at 1 800-TIPS (8477) or Police Emergency at 211.

Police are also reminding members of the public that it is a serious offence to harbour or assist wanted persons; and anyone caught committing this offence can be prosecuted.
