West Terrace Primary and Bayleys Primary almost tore off the newly laid Ryan Brathwaite Track at the Usain Bolt Sports Complex. The two schools dominated the Patsy Callender and Obadele Thompson zones respectively at the National Primary Schools Athletic Championships today.
