Police investigate burglary at KFC, Sheraton Mall

Police are investigating an aggravated burglary at KFC in Sheraton Mall last night.

According to lawmen, the manager and cashier were in the office area where the safe is located, when an unknown man wearing a mask, entered the establishment around 8:30 p.m. and held up the two workers, demanding that they open the safe and hand over money. The man took a sum of money and left the building. No one was injured during the incident.

Police are asking anyone with information that can assist with investigations to call the District ‘B’ Police Station at 437-4311, Police Emergency 211, Crime Stoppers at 1800-TIPS (8477) or the nearest police station.
