Police probing stabbing death

Lawmen are on the scene at Kings Street, St Michael where a man was fatally stabbed.

The incident occurred around 6:45 a.m.

“There was an apparent altercation between two men which resulted in one man being stabbed. He was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by private transport. He died whilst receiving medical treatment,” a brief police statement said.

The identity of the victim has not been disclosed.
