Man shot dead at house in St Andrew

In a chilling incident that has shocked the community of Chalky Mount, St Andrew, a 24-year-old resident was slain on Tuesday night in what police are investigating as a targeted shooting.

 

Raheem Green was found dead at a house following a shooting that occurred around 8:45 p.m., marking the latest in a series of violent crimes.

 

Acting Assistant Superintendent of Police Frederick Catwell told reporters at the crime scene that police responded to reports of gunfire and discovered Green’s lifeless body upon arrival. A medical doctor subsequently confirmed his death.

 

Police are urgently appealing to the public for assistance in their investigation.
