Lamar Akiel Waithe, 34, of Lovell Road, Massiah Street is accused of possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition on December 10. Waithe appeared before Magistrate Joyanne Clarke in the District ‘C’ Court located at Oistins Magistrate’s Court complex. He is scheduled to reappear in court on Monday, January 13, 2025.
