Murder accused Brian Hurley remanded

Murder accused Brian O’Neal Hurley of Brathwaite Gap, Sion Hill, St James was remanded to Dodds after appearing before Magistrate Wayne Clarke in the District ‘E’ Magistrates’ Court  this morning.

Hurley, 27, is accused of the January 9 murder of Vere Hoyte that occurred at Checker Hall Cross Road, St Lucy.
He has also been charged with endangering the life of Omar Hamilton and use of a firearm on January 9.

Hurley is scheduled to return to court on Monday, April 14.
