Three schools closed

Students at three schools were sent home Friday morning after issues with electricity and water forced the Ministry of Educational Transformation to close the institutions with immediate effect.

Parkinson Memorial, Ellerton Primary, and Luther Thorne Primary are the affected schools.

Parents and guardians are being asked to collect their children as soon as possible.

The Ministry said it was in contact with the utility companies and would update the public once more information is available. (SM)
