Sentencing submissions for father, mother and son next month

Prosecution and defence attorneys are expected to make their sentencing submissions next month regarding a father, mother and son convicted of causing serious bodily harm with intent to a neighbour.

Clive McDonald Stoute, Imarie Jecodi Griffith and Petria Latoya Griffith were all found guilty of causing serious bodily harm to Greg Burt with intent to do him serious bodily harm or to maim, disfigure or disable him on December 27, 2020.

Stoute and Imarie Griffith were also found guilty of damaging a Suzuki Swift belonging to Shedair Boyce on that same date.

The three of Fairview, Christ Church, reappeared before Justice Laurie-Ann Smith Bovell in the No. 4 Supreme Court and were informed that submissions would be heard on October 23.

State Counsel Paul Prescod and State Counsel Anastacia McMeo-Boyce prosecuted the matter, while defence attorneys Kelly-Ann Blackman and Jade Kennedy, represented the accused.
