Psychiatric Hospital to host mental health fair & open day

The Psychiatric Hospital, located at Black Rock, St Michael, will host a Mental Health Fair and Open Day on Friday, October 31, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., under the theme Community: Supporting Mental Wellbeing Together.

 

Members of the public are invited to attend as the hospital highlights the importance of promoting mental wellbeing as a shared responsibility that begins with cultivating a supportive environment, nurturing genuine connections, encouraging open dialogue, and strengthening a sense of community.

 

The Mental Health Fair and Open Day will feature free health checks, including blood glucose, blood pressure, and cholesterol testing. Attendees will also have access to health products displays and sampling, informational materials, and guided tours.
