St George man to face court on gun and six other charges

A 28-year-old Ellerton, St George man, is due in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court today to answer a firearm charge along with four counts of endangering life and two counts of criminal damage.

Police have charged Jarell Stefon Sutherland in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred on November 27, 2025.

He is accused of using a firearm and endangering the lives of Akeil Jackson, Sachin Etwaroo, Chad Bynoe and Brandon Devonish. Sutherland has also been charged with criminal damage to the property of Janelle Russell and Patel Puckerin. (PR/BT)
