Petroleum prices set to rise

Retail prices for gasoline, diesel, kerosene and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) will increase effective midnight, Sunday, March 1.

Gasoline will now sell at $3.79 per litre and diesel at $3.27 per litre, representing an increase of two cents for each. Kerosene prices will rise by 10 cents, moving to $1.53 per litre.

LPG will also see adjusted rates, with a 100 lb cylinder priced at $164.17, a 25 lb cylinder at $46.14, a 22 lb cylinder at $40.77, and a 20 lb cylinder at $37.06. (PR/BT)
