Man denies robbery charge

A Deanes Village, St Michael man has been bailed after denying a robbery charge.

Shiloh Payne, 24, is accused of robbing Sherwin McDonald of a cellphone, watch, wallet and several other items totalling $1 055 on October 3, 2025. 

Appearing at the Oistins Magistrates’ before Acting Chief Magistrate Deidre McKenna, he was released on bail of $3 000 with a surety and instructed to report to District A Police every Saturday by noon.

The case was transferred to the No. 2 District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court for hearing on April 16.
