Leaders Pro Shottas win big in BFA Division 1

Pro Shottas hammered Potential Ballers 5-1 when action in the Barbados Football Association’s Division One competition continued last night.

That result saw them move to the top of the table on 24 points, ahead of second placed Pinelands, who had a 1-0 win over Barbados Soccer Academy to move to 22 points.

That result saw Empire drop to third after the Bank Hall-based club played out a goalless draw with Whitehall to move to 21 points. They are just ahead of fourth placed Parish Land who have 20 points following a 3-0 win over Fitts Village.

Deacons are in fifth on 18 points after a 3-0 drubbing of Silver Sands, while in the remaining game Technique defeated Greens 2-1.

Greens remain bottom of the table on four points, while Technique are sixth on 18.
