Christ Church man admits to illegal firearm, ammunition

An Inch Marlow, Christ Church man is to return to court next month after pleading guilty to illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition.

Devere Gale-Forde was arraigned before Justice Pamela Beckles in the No. 5 Supreme Court and pleaded guilty to having a firearm and 16 rounds of ammunition on August 26, 2025.

He was represented by Senior Counsel Andrew Pilgrim, who requested a pre-sentence report and Gale-Forde’s record of time spent on remand.

Justice Pamela Beckles ordered the report and adjourned the case until June 18, when the facts are to be heard.
