Over the next four weeks, the Ministry of Transport and Works (MTW) will be upgrading the traffic signals at the Highway 7/Beckles Road junction, next to the Government Headquarters Building on Bay Street, St Michael.

The work, which starts this Wednesday, June 3, will also see the MTW team installing a street light in the area.

MTW is advising the public that, at various times, the traffic lights may be on flash mode or turned off. As a result, motorists and pedestrians are asked to exercise due care, observe traffic management signage, and follow the directions of traffic personnel when travelling through the work area.

MTW thanks residents and all road users, in advance, for their patience and cooperation during the execution of these works and apologises for any inconvenience that may be caused.
