Woman to be sentenced after assault plea

A 36-year-old self-employed woman is due to be sentenced next Friday after pleading guilty to assault and causing a disturbance on Wednesday.

Sheena Olivia Hall, of Brecon Road, Grazettes, admitted to assaulting Taishia Stacy-Ann Dominque, occasioning actual bodily harm, and causing a disturbance at Spooners Hill, St Michael.

After no objections were raised to her release, Hall was granted $2 500 bail with surety.

Magistrate Manila Renee adjourned the case until June 19 for the complainant to appear and for the facts to be read.
