LaStacia brings pure energy at Tipsy All White Party

LaStacia brought plenty of energy to the stage at the Tipsy All White Party at the National Botanical Gardens during the Jus Jay and Friends segment, joining an all-Bajan lineup of artistes who entertained the crowd.

The singer kept patrons engaged with her performance, feeding off the audience’s enthusiasm as they sang along and danced to her music.

After her performance, LaStacia told Barbados TODAY the reaction she receives from audiences is something she never takes for granted:

“It’s a feeling that I cannot explain. I will never, ever, ever get used to it. It always surprises me and amazes me because I worked so hard to write these songs, and to see people appreciate them is a world-class feeling.”

Describing the remainder of her Crop Over season and beyond as “active, active”, the artiste said fans can look forward to more music in the months ahead:

“More music, good quality dance music and dancehall. I got a lot coming, a lot coming.”

LaStacia also caught attention with her all-white outfit, crediting designer and stylist Abby of Unique Exotic Bims for bringing her vision to life.

“My outfit was about me and my designer working together on this one,” she said. “She’s responsible for every single look that I’ve done for Crop Over. She’s not only my stylist, she actually makes the clothes. She’s a very talented young lady.”
