Entrepreneur denies assault

A 54-year-old entrepreneur who appeared in the No. 2 District ‘A’ Magistrates Court on an assault charge is now on bail.

Justin Brace Beckley of No. 3 Sheraton Park, Christ Church, is accused of assaulting Andrew Cummins and causing him actual bodily harm on November 15, 2025.

He pleaded not guilty after Magistrate Manila Renee read the charge and was released on $2 500 bail with surety.

The matter will continue on November 26.
