Dead is Paul Anthony Clifford, 46, of #2 Yorkshire, West Road, Christ Church. Acting Inspector Rodney Inniss, Public Relations Officer for the Royal Barbados Police Force, told Barbados TODAY that Clifford fell from the roof of the building and died at the scene. Investigations are continuing.
