Carl Leslie Hinds Jr., 19, of Lot 49 Lodge Crescent, Lodge Hill, St Michael got an automatic 28-day stint at HMP Dodds starting today when he appeared before Magistrate Douglas Frederick this afternoon. It is alleged that Hinds had a firearm and four rounds of ammunition in his possession on March 27, 2019.
