Shooting victim dies

A 30-year-old man who was shot in St Michael Saturday night has died, police said Sunday.

He has been identified as Jamar Crichlow of 6th Avenue, The Ivy, St Michael.

Crichlow was shot twice to his back and chest while walking through a track towards Odessa McClean Road, My Lord’s Hill, St Michael.

He was was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital where medical personnel described his injuries as life-threatening.

Crichlow passed away about 8:30  this morning.
