MP for St Andrew George Payne speaks out weeks after being removed as Minister of Housing Lands and Rural Development in the Barbados Labour Party Government.

Speaking in Parliament during debate on the resolution, Crownlands ( Vesting and Disposal) Act, Cap 225 – Martindales Road, St Michael, Payne expressed his strong disappointment at the move given his 40 years of service to the party and the country. 

“Mr Speaker there are ways of doing things, the same thing could have been achieved only if it was handled a little different.’ Payne said. (IMC)
