No new COVID-19 cases, one recovery

No one tested positive for COVID-19 out of the 194 tests conducted by the Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory yesterday.

One person, who received a second consecutive negative test result, will be discharged from the isolation facility at Harrison Point, St. Lucy, today.

The number of people in isolation has therefore dropped to 18 and recoveries increased to 140. There are now 165 cases on record, comprising 84 females and 81 males, aged one to 95.

The laboratory has completed 16,356 tests. (BGIS)
