Two charged in ‘Nut Man’s’ shooting death

Two young men charged in connection with the murder of the nutseller from Golden Rock in the Pine, St Michael appeared before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes today and were remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison at Dodds, St Philip.

When 27-year-old Ricardo Reco Lamar Best and 17-year-old Richard Anthony Moore made their first appearance in connection with the shooting death of Randy Nut Man Selman, they were not required to plead to the three indictable offences which occurred on September 23 at Golden Rock.

Best, of Clapham Main Road, St Michael and Moore of No. 32 Wildey Gardens, St Michael are accused of murder, use of a firearm and serious bodily harm.

The two accused must be back in court on November 3, this year.
