COVID-19 death toll rises to 214

The COVID-19 death toll has reached 214, following the passing of three Barbadians.

On Monday, November 22, two women aged 77 and 78, died from the virus at the Blackman and Gollop and Queen’s College Isolation Facilities, respectively.  They were both fully vaccinated.

Additionally, a 67-year-old man passed away at the Harrison’s Point Isolation Facility today, Tuesday, November 23.  He was unvaccinated.

Acting Minister of Health and Wellness, Senator Dr. Jerome Walcott, has extended condolences to their loved ones. (BGIS)
